At Chill Breathe Revive our mission is to share our passion and experience in breath work, cold therapy, sound healing and energy work.

We offer a range of sessions with various intentions so you can find the right session for you. 

Breathwork is an umbrella term for conscious breathing techniques with a range of benefits including:

- maximising sports performance and recovery

-decreasing stress, anxiety and depression symptoms

-better moods, sleep and overall wellbeing
