  • Owner and founder, Gorge Camorra,  created Chill Breathe Revive after overcoming his anxiety and depression using Breathwork and Cold Therapy. At the lowest point in his life, these techniques were the only thing that gave him effective and sustainable improvements in his mental health.
Now Gorge is on a journey to share Breathwork and Cold Therapy with the world. Gorge facilitates Breathwork (group and 1:1), Ice Baths and Sound Healings. Gorge is also a qualified practitioner in Shoden Reiki Level 2 and offers group and personal reiki during his sessions.

what is breathwork?

Breathwork is an umbrella term for many types of conscious breathing techniques - from blissfully slow to extremely fast and is utilised by Navy Seals, Elite Athletes, Freedivers, Psychotherapists and Yogis alike.

Haven’t heard of Breathwork? We’re not surprised.

Breathwork has been practiced in ancient cultures for centuries across the world, but somehow, the Western world missed the memo. Breathwork is where the scientific meets the mystical – ancient practices combined with modern research and techniques allows us to experience transformational states of being. Breathwork guides us out of the storm of everyday life, and into calmer waters where we can relax, heal, recalibrate and release stored emotions and tension.

The Benefits of Breathwork are vast and depend on the style of breathing techniques being practiced. Ancient wisdom combined with decades of scientific research have provided evidence for:

- Better Moods and more energy

- Higher quality and quantity of sleep

- Reduced stress + anxiety

- Reduced depression symptoms

- Decreased or eliminated snoring/Sleep apnoea

- Elevated sports performance and recovery

- Reduced anger

- Release of residual tension and emotion

- Addiction recovery

- Increase in self-worth, overall happiness and inner peace

- Improved cardiovascular and respiratory function

Sounds too good to be true?

That’s what we thought when we were introduced to Breathwork during the pandemic.

Seeking ways to reduce anxiety and depression that didn’t rely on pharmaceuticals or unhealthy behaviours, we were amazed to see how quickly our lives turned around once we started regular breathwork sessions. The best part is that it’s a sustainable, natural way for us to regulate our nervous systems and we can easily incorporate techniques to our everyday lives!
